Session format/audience:
The workshop will begin with an interactive PowerPoint that encompasses key points relating to mentoring, networking and professional development. Thereafter, presenters and participants will engage in discussion and reflection of mentoring, networking and professional development. Furthermore, participants will be able to learn about the National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN) and how they could take advantage of NRMN resources as well as how to partner/collaborate with NRMN for the benefit of IDeA mentees and mentors. Students, faculty and administrators are welcome.
